Each seaside cottage hosts 3 bedrooms and a loft/study with a queen sofa bed. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor there is are two bedrooms and a full bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin and a bunkbed (twin over full). Also on the second floor is a study/loft that has a pullout queen sofa bed. Each bedroom has a smart tv and plenty of plugs to recharge your devices. Also on the first floor is a half bath.

In the back of the fenced in yard is outdoor living at its finest. A large heated pool with a large picnic table, chaise lounges, and poolside seating. The backyard also has a gas grill to enjoy freshly caught fish or shrimp.

I encourage you to book direct with us and not on VRBO or Airbnb. The savings can be significant. Rates for this house are $500 a night most of the year and $600 during the summer. There is tax (10.5%) and a cleaning fee of $200. Well behaved pets are welcome- the fee is $200. Also during the winter months heating the pool is an option and is $10 a day.
